STF postcard no 2 -The vally of Viskan at Åsbro
”The vally of Viskan at Åsbro” has a very exiting history all along thousands of years back in time … ..
My pickture is taken from the bridge. I climbed the mountain from which STF’s picture is taken but today this mountain is covered by trees making it impossible to take a photo from there.
(I think: Why is the mountains today covered by trees? The trees wasn’t there for only a hundred years ago. We cultivated the forest much less at that time then what we do today.)
When we stood on the bridge, taking picktures, a family showed up. We told them about our “project”. The dad told us that when he was young they moved their cows along the path on the north beach, just to the right in my picture.
Just close to bridge over Viskan, you find the old inn with a very exiting history …
